STORY OF MY LIFE

My journey of how I got to where I am, started at a very young age.

My parents got divorced when I was one. I was raised in Russia by my mom and granny nearby the Black Sea. They were very spiritually connected and were always seeking different spiritual practices and rituals. I always took part in the world of spirituality and have been interested in since a very young age.

I completed my First Reiki level when I was only 7 years old. Whenever my grandma and my mom would attend new lessons or practices they would bring me along. They had past life regression realizations of who they were and how we were all connected in this life and shared it with me. It was a normal topic of the conversation. I learnt that everything is achievable in life through projective visualization.

I was told that every disease we have in our bodies has a psychosomatic background (based on books of Louise Hay and Lis Burbo). Therefore, every human being can heal themselves by being aware of the inner feelings and repeating affirmations to cure a specific illness.

One of the rituals I remember very vividly was when I was walking on broken glass as a child. The point was to use the power of your brain to prevent injury. As I was stepping on the carpet of crushed glass and I had a very focused belief in my mind that I wasn’t going to be hurt or even get a scratch. I didn’t have any fear and and felt very clear about my safety. After I stepped out back on the floor and checked out my feet, I realized that, besides of a few pieces of glass left on my heels that I removed, there wasn’t a single scratch or any sign of the blood. I should admit, it was a breakthrough when I discovered the huge potential of my brain, faith, and how it can impact my life.

My mom brought me to psychologist when I was 5 years old as I was shy and had difficulties socializing with my peers. In group classes, we drew and talked about our fears and emotions in a circle of five children.

After that I met a psychotherapist at school, who was my Russian literature teacher at that time, and I started working with her on a deeper level uncovering the traumas caused by my parents’ divorce, being misunderstood at school, feeling like I was not like everybody else. I’ve been working with her on a regular basis for almost 7 years. I would be a part of her group therapy as well as personal growth and development trainings. I loved to observe my inner changes, shifts in my daily life, and relationships with people.

This experience gave me a lot of knowledge and understanding of human psychology and the patterns that we fall into. Once the majority of traumas gained in an early childhood were uncovered and healed, the purpose of the sessions changed. My regular sessions with psychotherapists brought me to a point where I felt so full of knowledge that I was ready to help others by sharing and giving advice.

As I was going through a number of practices in my life in my childhood, when I grew up I started seeking different types of spiritual guides myself. Luckily, I was introduced to a woman who was a cosmo-energetics practitioner and her work blew my mind. It was the most effective and powerful energy healing session I've ever experienced.

There are tremendous number of different practices that I've tried and I’ve found that cosmo-energetics combines all the effects of other modalities and enhances them. After going through a few sessions of cosmo-energetics healing I had a feeling that I wanted to practice this myself. I felt very confident and I was determined to learn this method myself, and I have become a practitioner myself. Since I've completed my training in cosmoenergetics and started working with people, I have enjoyed being a part of assisting them with the positive changes they’re experiencing as a result of our sessions. I truly enjoy helping people live a better life, and have a life they love.

I went through a deep personal transformation during my learning process. I received many beautiful gifts and encountered a number of insights that opened my eyes and gave me an opportunity to look at my past and present at a different angle. Even now it's still continuing and I'm evolving every day. It was difficult, but the challenges also offered positive growth.

I used to be a shy kid and antisocial at times, bad at public speaking and ashamed of my own voice or talking to strangers. Some of the people who know me, could relate to that. Now, however, I'm still a very private person and avoid big crowds, preferring to work with individuals and in smaller groups. I have learnd to fully embrace my voice, my unique language that I speak, and I feel comfortable speaking up for myself in the new surroundings here in Canada as a result of my own healing journey.

I'm so grateful for all my teachers, practitioners, and guides I've encountered in my life! Without all of them I wouldn't have been where I am right now!

Every one of them contributed a piece of my healing path that made me become who I am now. Thank you for your beautiful work and sharing a part of you with me, all of you⭐️🙌🏻
